Dr. Moskowitz is the founder of two highly successful consulting companies, Universal Management Concepts and Growtth Consulting®, which provide organization and business structuring services to client organizations throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
 
Joseph C. Day is the retired Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Freudenberg-NOK GP. Mr. Day is a member of the Board of Directors of Applied Extrusion Technologies (NASDAQ), Noble International, Inc. (NASDAQ), Venture Holdings, LLC and Beaumont Hospital. He’s also a member of the Shingo Prize Academy, as well as a recipient of the Wu Foundation's Manufacturing Leadership Award and the John G. Thodis Michigan Manufacturer of the Year Award.
 
Edward J. Henry is a private investor in the energy, banking and real estate industries, and a retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Abrams Centre National Bank. Mr. Henry is a member of the Board of Directors of Union Bank, NA, a wholly owned subsidiary of MB Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ), National Stockyards Company and Verado Energy, Inc.
 
Irvin Saltzman is the former Chairman and founder of Penn-Independent Corporation, the former Chairman and President of Penn-America Group, and a retired Director of Pennsylvania & Southern Gas Utility. A former Underwriting Member at Lloyd's of London, Mr. Saltzman received Temple University’s Distinguished Alumni Leadership Award in 1997 and the Surplus Lines Association of New Jersey’s Honorary of the Year Award in 1997. He is also a founding member of the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices.
 
Lonnie Whiddon, M.D. is the founder and former Director of the Cardiac Transplant Program at Methodist Hospital in Dallas, TX, where he was also Chief of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Whiddon is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Methodist Medical Center and the Dallas County Medical Society. He also serves as a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, American Board of Thoracic Surgery, National Board of Medical Examiners, and American College of Surgeons.
 
Seth A. Yellin, M.D. is a co-founder of eMedicalFiles and co-developer of the eMedicalFiles MDAware Electronic Health Record system. The founder and Director of the Emory Facial Center, Dr. Yellin is also Chief of Facial Plastic Surgery at Emory Healthcare and Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Emory University’s School of Medicine. He’s also a Diplomat of the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, American Board of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery, and National Board of Medical Examiners.
